All Blacks! :)

Have you ever felt that something is missing especially when you're in the midst of a large crowd of friends and acquaintances? I was at the house of an acquaintance watching the semi final of the rugby world cup and all of a sudden I started missing my family.

I thought of how it would be so cool to be watching sports with my father and getting into the game with my brother. My mother could be either cheering or feigning indifference. I think its because I'm going back soon that I'm thinking about all these things.

3 more weeks :) Can't wait!

Things have been going quite well for me. I have almost reached 6 months of working. Will reached it end of this month. Can't believe how time flies! Just finished another week of school holiday programme. Another one more week to go. This time with fewer children. And I think I'm getting sick cause of the lack of sleep and water last week. But everybody else says its hay fever. Not everybody else. Only 2 people. I really really pray its not.

i'm going home! i'm going home! for three weeks! Second weekend will be spent in Pangkor Laut. Third weekend will be flying back here already.

Excitedness!

Also, I got an Amazon KIndle. Loving it!

Working

I got me self a job. Working as a waitress/cashier/kitchen-hand at a food restaurant called Thai Express. The boss and chef are from Thailand. I had my training on Friday (at first there wasn't to be any pay but found out later there was) and it was really tiring. But the waitressing seems familiar. I got the hang of things pretty quickly. And it was actually quite fun. It was quite scary at times when the kitchen was bombarded with orders and the customers were just starring at the counter. There were lots of take aways. Jas and I started work at 5.30pm and finished at 10pm. Nobody was able to picked us up so we walked back. Its about a 30-45 minute walk back home.

I'm supposingly wokring on Wednesdays and Fridays. I've only worked one Friday so far which is my first day. Last week there was the ball and this week there's this Petsoc Talent Night thingy. Interested in coming? Only $5.

Did I mention about Undie 500? I've talked about it last year. I saw real penises. Seriously. My mind feels so dirty. Its not like I actually want to seee but I am a teeny weeny bit curious. Anywayz there was this chicken van which really looks digusting.
chickity chick

we were obviously bored
we skipped all of our classes that day
muahahhahaha

I daren't put the other picture up. Too disgusting.

I have been trying to ask my parents for a car. But the usual (and most effective) reason is its too expensive & money doesn't grow on trees. My dad is (always) all for it while my mum is against it. Let me list you the pros and cons.

Cons
  • Money for insurance, cost, warranty of fitness (every 6/12 months), servicing
  • what to do with it during summer when i'm back in Malaysia
Pros
  • Convenient. I don't have to rely on people to take me to and fro from work, church.
  • Next year, when I move out it will be so much easier to look for a place to stay as I wouldn't need to restrict myself to just one place.
I know i know. These are not munasabah reasons. I guess I can live without a car. I biked to work last week and will be doing the same thing today. Hopefully it won't rain caused it rain yesterday and this morning.

i found this picture about my pictures
i love it =)
i'm quite artistic aye? ;o)
munasabah - reasonable
