Orange Red Purple Green Black

My very first favourite colour was red. Followed by purple and a sudden craze for black t-shirts. Then Yan Ling introduced me to Orange and I also began to think green.

The light is a tad too bright but I still say it is my best creation yet. It is my first creation so obviously you can't say otherwise. The earrings I made are hanging on the the end of the keychain I designed. I'm so in love with Orange currently. A splash of red as well.
You can't tell from this picture that the red ball is bit bigger than the orange ball. I actually had a completely different design in mind but the holes were too big to fit into the earring wire. So I had to go round the room looking for smaller beads. Jas and I spend more than 2 hours in Beadz Unlimited deciding and designing.

I spent $18.30 designing the earrings and keychain. The big Venetian ball cost $4 and the small ones cost $2 each. I would say its money worth spending though.

My earrings are just perfect for Chinese New Year aye? ;o)

I have one more thing to add to my list two posts ago, I have to get my medical check up and police report for a new visa next year. If you could so kindly remind me.

It seems like I've been packing for ages but my room still remains untidy. If my mother were to see my room now, she would so kill me.

Two blogs

Both are I would say good friends. I'm just helping them to publicise cause one said nobody knows about her blog and she asked me to advertised. So although this is not a paid post, its for my buddies ya'know. Although the other friend did not say anything, still you know.. just in case afterward he said why about me? So yeah..

Oh ya, almost forgot to actually link them. They are Ally (girl opposite me) - a girl for whom I only seen for two months while she was on a work travel visa and Tom (the blond hair guy) - a guy whom I have known since last year through church.

p.s. Just in case, me is the one far end on the right.

On a side note, I bought two books. One cost $38 and another one $35 before discount. I had 35% discount okay! And I think I've waited long enough.

Before that, I bought this jacket for Mum. At first it was $99.95 but when I took it to the counter it was only $6-.-- something. Cannot remember already.

Luckily, mum liked it.

I love my new flowers.

I got them I think a week ago. And I think its going to die.

Love, Sex and Marriage

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here in the sight of God, and in the face of this congregation, to join together this Man and this Woman in holy matrimony.

So.. camp was interesting. And informative. We studied the passage 1 Cor 5 - 7. I think I learnt alot but most of the things sudah keluar out of my head. I guess the most important thing that I've learnt that my goal in life should not be to get marry but to "live in full devotion to the Lord". Not that my goal in life is to get married. But I guess that's every girl's dream?

Although I am still confused by this two verses in the passage that we studied. I plan to ask Aunty Olivia about it but I think she's in Japan. Will email her probably later in the week. Although I do want to get as many peoples opinion as possible.

For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.

All in all I think all of us had fun and learnt lots. My neck looks tall somehow.

I'm currently reading WZ's book first. Cause Jas also wants to read it. It is a good book I think. Although it is pro-protestant so it is bias. But I also learned alot of new stuff about Catholics. And if you are a Catholic and you don't want to think too much, then I suggest that you better don't read this book.

The book I bought was only $10 so I thought it was a good investment and it started out really well. =) Will read it after I finish "Nothing in my hand I bring".

I'm in the midst of replying the emails that I get. Was being lazy.

Jas cooked mee sua. She was in the mood to cook I think. It was good =)
We also got the fungus thing at the shop in the morning and we just added it. =) Thats is my bowl.

We invited him over for dinner.

We bought wine wanting to add to the mee sua but we forgot that we had no corkscrew. In the end, Jas text Wei Zheng cause I remembered that he has a pocket knife.
So he came and 'rescued' us. Just in time. Heheh. Both him and Wei Wen stayed back to play playstation while waiting for Jon to finish his dinner at his hall.

This is our leftover wine. Which is alot.

Jas and I tried drinking it adding apple + blackcurrant juice to it but it was too 'bitter' and I did not finish it.
I don't understand people who can drink and like it.

After staring and laughing at it for a few days the colour gets to you.

On Friday

While waiting for the bus, I was bored. And tried my hand at photography.

I'm using the macro shot. I don't know what is it for actually. Just thought of experimenting with it since HJ mentioned it.

Jas and I went shopping. I wanted to buy the sweater that I saw in Dressmart last week but unfortunately it was not there when we arrived.

But I bought lots of stuff instead. Heheh..

I bought a dress!! I know! I can't believe that I actually bought a dress!! Well, I wasn't that crazy. I needed something to wear anyway for a dinner that will be coming soon and the dress is 'only' $15 which is cheap. But I did not take a picture of it. Terlalu malu. Its blue and strapless.

I also bought a short.

I don't have any other jacket like this. All my other jackets are waaay thicker and heavier. Besides the short one that I bought last week. So this justifies my buy.

there was a jacket plus hoodie as well that cost $39. i was contemplating between that and this coz i don't have either. maybe i should buy the other one also. mum will so kill me.

now at least i have other colour shirts besides black and red. i have to look for my tops. but because im fat, its hard to find nice ones :(

Touristy things

Yesterday I teman-ed Liyana to the police station to report her missing passport. After that I introduced her to Souvlaki. A greek type food.

Then we went to Starbucks to get Hot White Chocolate Grande $5. That was also good.

We did really touristy things yesterday. Liyana said. We went to the Cathedral Church and took pictures.
